The Hicksville Levitt ranch was remodeled with a double dormer and a second floor addition. Designed as a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom layout with an upstairs laundry room. The first floor was remodeled with a mother / daughter apartment.
The Company was founded by Howard Gumpel, an experienced builder with over 40 years in the business of construction and remodeling.
